Dis-Chem Pharmacies - Horrible service

I registered online to take my daughter for a Rapid Covid Test at Dischem Mall@55. We sat for 45 minutes waiting for assistance, the nurse came out and rudly said to us that they dont have tests. She was dismissive and rude to us, why did Dischem allow me to book and give a reference number if they don't have tests? No one bothered to ask us if we need support although there was many staff around us. I'm highly disappointed.
