I have been struggling for the 2nd time claiming my Baby Bag

Previous Baby Bag was registered in 2021 and due to lack in communication and no communication on email regarding the Collection for the Bag in 2021 I received the Bag that was outstanding for my Claim 2021
The above mentioned is absolutely not my fault and I can not see why it is not benefiting me as the previous one was for Claim of 2021 , so how is it that July 2021 and November 2022 is within a period of 12 Months ??
IT'S 16MONTHS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
