Department of Home Affairs - Wrong birth certificate month of birth

Hi My Name is Sihle Posekana
I want to file a complaint to Home affairs Branch in Chatsworth Durban. I went to register birth certificate for my new born baby girl. she was born in Crompton hospital on the 26 September 2022.
so when I went to for collect the certificate they wrote the wrong birth Month from September back down to Month of July instead of September they wrote July on her birth certificate and they do not want to fix it they tell me it will take a whole year and once it takes the whole year this issue will not be sorted. I want to put my baby on medical Aid very quick as i want to make sure that my baby get good hospital care and medical attention
