I placed a delivery order online on the 13th August at 17:44 at Debonairs Crossing in Mmabatho North West. At 17:50 I got a call from one of the employees asking for directions to the address I wanted the food to be delivered to. I received another call at 18:27 from a driver asking for directions, also informing me that the delivery will be made within 30 minutes. Then at 18:39 a lady called again informing us that the driver said he doesn't make deliveries to the area I live in. She further went on to say that we can either come and fetch our order at the shop or come the following day for a refund as there was nothing she could do( all this was said by someone who supposedly is a manager (Cecilia)). We argued back and forth and then she requested for time to try and ask the driver again to make the delivery. She called back again at 18:53 where she said the driver still wouldn't budge, and reitereated the statement to either fetch our own food or get a refund. While at it, apparently another driver came into the shop and she asked for time to request that driver to deliver our food. At 19:05 a different driver called asking for directions who eventually delivered our food, which had not been packaged properly. The service received was poor, even from a manager who didn't seem to care whether or not we were going to report this incident.
