Firstly to log a complaint - not sure why you require my ID / age etc.
I also need to setup a profile to log a complaint - what time wasting bullshit
Try calling your own numbers to see if your telephone lines work
Waited the entire day for a parcel with no comms that the delivery could not be done
Over an hour of calls trying to get to your agents
not sure how you guys are in business with such low levels if not no service levels
