on the 08 Feb 2022, I had received a call to advise regarding my order missing the building name which I provided over the phone, on the 09 Feb 2022 I receive an SMS advising the driver is outside my building within 5 minutes I rush to reception only to find no person, upon my return to the desk I see the link on the SMS that tells me the driver has left. How does a driver not get into the building to reception to deliver instead make a U-turn at the gate. I have never seen nor heard of such a service since I prefer online shopping. This is a disappointment and I will never recommend this delivery company.
