Dawn wing - Disgusting service

The delivery guy Roger , blatantly lied about the delivery address of the parcel; Said that I gave the wrong address whilst he was in Germiston and I stay in Randburg. It was inconvenient ( his words) to deliver my parcel. He was arrogant and abusive. My complaint was closed as unresolved. The following day I got a SMS to say it's on its way to be delivered. I phoned to confirm. I was told it's still on the floor and they can only possibly deliver it on Friday. When I asked if I could speak to the floor manager I got verbally attacked; shouted at and the phone put down in my ear. Your staff ethics
Is horrendous and terrible. You should not be in a customer facing position
