My parcel was scheduled for today. I received a sms to say that it will be delivered today in RANDBURG ( I still double checked the address after the call I received$) Then received a call from the courier to say that they are at my house in GERMISTON. When it was mentioned that it's the wrong place I got verbally abused and told that he is not driving to Randburg as it's inconvenient and I must complain if I want to. Disgusting service
