Bad Service from Dals Libertas Goodwood Cape Town

It's today exactly 37 days I took my car to them. The assessor promised 14 working days for my car to be done. I tried to communicate with them telephonically and I even visited the office twice.
To come think of it on my first day I was told to just leave my car on the street no one even assisted me or assessment done on that day when I dropped the car. I asked the reception lady if I may take my car inside the yard and she said no to leave it on that street. Only today 28 September 2023 I receive a call and they claim it's a courtesy call to inform me that they are still waiting on the parts. However the manager can not offer me a car while they are waiting, and they also do not know when they will receive these parts. I use my car to travel for work purposes and my personal life. I don't have money to Uber everyday as it cost a lot. Please help me that Dals Libertas and Momentum Car Insurance to consider atleast to give me a car I can use meanwhile as I returned their car(momentum) on the 22. 09.2023. I am so disappointed and will never ever use them again or even recommend them to anyone. Help me get my car please ?
