I had a delivery that was scheduled for 15/12/2021 with Courier It. At 8:33am I called to confirm if the parcel is going out for delivery and they confirmed.
Wednesday, December 15, 2021 08:18 CPT Loaded Into Vehicle

The was no communication I called again at 15:45 they said the driver had address problem without even contacting me and telling me that the are struggling to find the address. After waiting the whole day as they dont have ETA which is stupid concerning their service.

The delivery was rescheduled for 17/12/2021.

I called them again in the morning to confirm delivery. STILL they had no ETA as they say it is a high risk area. I asked to be called ....STILL i waited the whole day..I called again at 15:59 to confirm what time the driver deliver as this is an inconvenience, they said the diver is still out.

ONLY AT 17:26 when i called to check what is happening, I was told that the driver got sick and was not able deliver.

NO COMMUNICATION WAS MADE TO ME PRIOR TO MY CALL..I HAD TO SPEND MY AIRTIME AND CALL THEM..I WAS ON THE CALL FOR 30MIN WITH AN AGENT THAT WAS NOT HELPFUL...SHE WAS LAUGHING ON THE CALL WHILE I WAS VENTING... I AM HIGH DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS DISGUSTING SERVICE.....THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT PLACED ME ON HOLD TO REQUEST SENIOR TO ASSIST ME FOR 15MIN AND DROPPED THE CALL ON ME AT 6PM AS SHE WAS KNOCKING OFF..

i CALLED BACK AGAIN, THE RECEPTIONIST WHEN I ASKED FOR THE NAME OF THE AGENT THAT WAS ASSISTING ME SHE DROPPED THE CALL..WHEN I CALLED BACK TH PHONE WAS RINGING WITH NO ANSWER.

MY PHONE WAS NOT DELIVERED TO ME AGAIN AND IT HAS NOT BEEN RESCHEDULED...
