Courier IT - No delivery with no communication

Courier IT is very unprofessional. They sent an sms saying my parcel would be delivered on 29 Sept 2023. I stayed at home to ensure no complications with delivery. By 3pm they still did not deliver. I phoned their office at 3pm and still waiting for consultative t to call me back and never received the call back from consultant. It I now 19:20 and still no delivery. Worst courier company that cannot do the basics of been able to track their drivers. Useless bunch of idiots.
