Please kindly assist with my parcel which was supposed to be delivered on Saturday but however at the time the delivery guy was at my work place I had already knocked off. I was sent a link to request for delivery for the next working day and now I’m concerned because I keep getting sms stating that courierIT was not able to driver the parcel with no communication or even attempts to deliver. And I might have only received this sms only because I have queried with skins cosmetics and I wasn’t happy with the attitude I have received from your driver when I tried to explain that I’m no longer at work on Saturday. He was literally shouting at me that I even dropped the call and stop answering his calls. Honestly I can’t believe nothing has been done with the Durban service branch because it clear that the service is awful.
