I have been a client for more than 10 years. In November 2022 I ordered items online as usual. Items were not delivered and was notified that items were out of stock and will get refund, only one item was delivered. Clinique still owes me R2000 that was never paid back. I have been chasing after them for the past 8 months. When I call, I receive different feedbacks.....they are escalating the matter, I must submit proof of banking details, amount has been paid and I must wait 30 days. To this date Clinique has not paid me back my R2000.
