I have sent through claim documents for my mothers funeral on 22nd September 2023,to date Clientele has been informing me that all documents are received and i can expect a call within 24hours. I have been phoning then every day more that 3 times a day to follow up on our claim and to date 27 September 2023 they have not been of any help. Every time I phone, they tell me that they are short of documents, which i have sent to them numerous times, via email and WhatsApp, same story every time. Now we are sitting with a funeral planned for the 28th,not paid and the funeral palour does not want to do the service. I wanted to get a policy by Clientele for me and my family, but after my experience, i am not interested at all. Please will someone help us
