Clicks Pharmacy - Received wrong medication from the pharmacy at clicks nonesi mall, Queenstown

i have encounter a serious matter with clicks pharmacy and all parties in the matter is totally relaxed as if nothing happen .i am on chornic meds for +- 7 years now , heart problems , depression , hypertension , on the 19.09.2022 i pick my medication as normal , at night i took my tablets as normal , the 20.9.2022 i feel so tired as if i never slept .21.09.2022 at night i took my tablets again , the morning morning of the 22.09.2022 I was feeling then past 2 days , 22.09.2022 I decided to look at all my prescire meds again , all the meds look right but what i picked up the the 60 trepiliners tablets looked diffirent but in my mind i thought it is may a generic trepiliner pill , the container decription is correct only the content is another tablets .on the 23.09.2022 i took my tablets gainas normal , the next morning 24.09.2022 i felt like a zombie , tired , wanted to votimate , terrible headadche , had a fever of hot and colded , my stomach was running , i also started to bleed , all these thing me to call clicks and ask what are these tablets that was given to me in the trepilener contains , I got hold of the manager , i took a picture of the container and also the tablets in the container ,the manager wanted to send a driver to come pick up the tablets at my work and bring the correct tablets of the trepilners , i said no i want to know what tablets is this .i told the manager that it is a round white tablet with a C18 written at the back , send beg me to bring the tablets back which i refuse and still have it in my possession , according to the manager locked a call with his department and a lady was going to call me , the lady that call was full of herself and told me that my sumptoms does not add up , she told me that it is human mistake and everybody make mistakes , I said to her no no , this is an attempt of murder , what would have happen if i never wake up the next day , then she told please bring back the tablets and we will give you the trepileners , I said no , after that she never called again .I decided to fine out on my what is this tablet , i inform my house gp that know me for 32 years , i inform my heart specialist , I inform my sociogist , dr reddy my sagictuist , this is given to people that is suffering mental issue and are in a mental hospital .my gp in queenstown is the worse doctor i have ever meet in my life.when i when to him personal with the matter , my blood pressure was so high 284/194 that doctor never admitt me in the hospital , just me injection and tablets and told me to rest , he then took 2 tablets from the container and picture of the container and told me that he will contact clicks as this matter is very serious . he then told me that these tablets are used for people that is on their way to theatre or in shock cases and is 5% out of a 100% that they will use these tablets , then when i return back the monday my gp in queenstown did not even know why i am doing a follow up again , i then told him and then he left his office and i sit there for more then 45minutes , then he come back and told that no one will take responsibility and that clicks are taking me to their own doctor for a second option , but my gp did not to help me in this case , clicks is the was place to a pharmancy in or getting meds from , the staff that work for them is worse , what is there is other patients out their there that does not their tablets and were given wrong tablets and died already , i want clicks to pay and not play with other peoples life as if it is just a joke .
