Really receiving poor service, more than one occasion I have phoned to pre-pack my medication, however once there it was never done.
Today I was refused medication based on the fact that I have not handed in an original script from my doctor. This pharmacy has accepted emailed scripts directly from my doctor for years now but now with no warning I am refused my meds and must go back to doctor for new script (which I will have to pay for) on the first occasion I was given the meds based on this emailed script???
