City of Ekurhuleni Metropolitan - Unfair loadshedding

I'm staying in a small location in wattville at Dhlomo street close to actonville, our councilor is not doing much to look into the situation, the loadshedding is extremely frustrating when it's stage 1 they switch off twice a day or the switch off 10 hours but not actonville that has lots of Pakistan shops I have a small baby they switch in awkward slots not stick to schedule except actonville what is the difference,it's like we becoming a target for not reason each and everyday it's loadshedding loadshedding whether it's stage 1 or 2 they switch off I'm really feeling frustrated could please do an investigation why they hardly switch off in other areas in wattville and actonville, your assistance will be appreciated.
