Hazel Park has not had electricity for almost 5 days. Logging calls has not helped.
Our safety and security is at stake. Our hard earned perishable groceries have to be thrown away. Power outage is hampering/affecting our ability to maintain our employment. Basic cooking and bathing in a suburban area has become a challenge. Not everyone can afford gas and generators to run their household.
Refuse removal is never on time. We have to take our bins on average 4 times a week, and we also run the risk of it being stolen.
Our ward councillor is also not proactive enough in dealing with our issues.
