Our house has been without electricity for 3 days now.it started on the 24th October around 3 or 4 am.I called the COE call center on the 25th to report the matter and was told that there's a que and someone would be sent to assist.I've called several times and have been told the same thing and some of the agents have been extremely rude.The worst part is that one even insinuated that I don't buy electricity,which I do without fail and my account has always been up to date.There were people working at the power box,when we went to them they demanded electricity slips,which we showed them but they couldn't explain why we were without electricity. Our house is the only house without electricity in the street and this is not the first time such has happened.
