Pathetic service from the city of ekurhuleni , logged an incident on the 5th for the pipe that burst next to the meter , when doing follow up they always promising that the they coming.
I have alliterated to them that there's a hole full of water next to the meter and i have small kids . I dont know what more damage do they want to see before they come .
i have spoken to 11th agent and all of them are telling me a different story. City of exkhurileni must ensure that i'm not going to be billed for the wasted water .
Our goventemnt officlas are failing us
Incident ref no : 0971 2023/10/05 . i was advised when i logged the incident that it will take 48 hours and we in day 9 today.
I'm not a happy citizen.
