I purchased items face to face instore and was serviced by a salesmanon the floor..I went back to the store 3*times to make sure the items I wanted was in stock.I was informed after standing with him at his computer that there was only 2*items needed ordering..a coffee table and a headboard which I accepted.
After payment was made my agony started..I received a mail only after following up that other items was not available and he can give me alternatives!!I obviously at that stage of the journey did not and could not settle as an informed decision was made including dimensions of what I purchased..when I told him I wanted a cancelation of the entire sale merely because ALL items I chose was according to the look and feel of my home and dimensions!!
I eventually received my 1st batch of goods on the 17th January and immediately called to follow up on my 2nd batch *because now I ended up having to wait for 3 deliveries!the salesperson only linked my 2nd dispatch when i called him..how pathetic which means he did not even track my items for availability and if I dud not call nothing would have happened..
A real disgrace for such a huge retailer and ripping off customers with bad service after spending money...ithe worst salesperson I have ever dealt with...received best service from competitors who have quality, service and price...Cielo you really are not living up to your promise and as long as a sale is made to add to your income you treat us like trash@@
