I bought bedside cabinet that was delivered damaged.I immediately send photos that according to lady helping me couldn't be opened.I then send screenshots of damaged item.I asked for it to be replaced only later on they let me know they no longer have stock.Then when they received item back they told me it would take 10 to 15 working days to be reversed. There was a fraudulent transaction on my card so I stopped it.Then they needed a bank statement to show them the money wasnt in my account because the card I used then wasnt active anymore.They then requested a letter from the bank to confirm this is closed and no longer active.Ive send emails and phone calls to them.Lady that handled my case 8s no longer working in that department.I am still waiting for any feedback from any customer service representative.I am apalled and really upset that its taking this long to receive my money....
I spoke to customer service representative on Tuesday and she said she would check whats going on.No call no email whatsoever.Will never buy from them again and will advise anybody to be careful buying from them.
