I was at chicken licken Silver Lakes earlier today, I ordered 4 Sunday licken ice-creams. They took time to give me my order.
When I received it, it had melted and 1 fell on the counter without me touching it.
I asked for another 1 and they told me that I have to pay for it because it fell on the floor on my side and it's not they're problem.
I asked them to reverse camera since I was under the camera and they told me it's a long process and it won't be possible.
They were very rude and refused to call they're manager.
How do I pay for ice-cream that they pushed and they were not making a good customer service.
