Good day,Can anyone assist me in Cellc poor customer service? I have purchased a Cellphone contract and my contract was duplicated. Cellc is now charging me for two devices and refuse to cancel it . Their reason is that the specific codes on phones and sim cards don't match. This is not my fault and I refused to do anything via the phone and told them I prefer to go to their nearest store. I call them now,they tell me that they closing my case regarding the duplicated Contract because I refuse to be helped. This is pathetic of Cellc. It's going 3 months now I'm having endless problems. I'm being charged by my bank and cellc. Yet I'm making direct payment for my contract. Frustrated and disappointed!
