CellC - Poor customer service

Good day,Can anyone assist me in Cellc poor customer service? I have purchased a Cellphone contract and my contract was duplicated. Cellc is now charging me for two devices and refuse to cancel it . Their reason is that the specific codes on phones and sim cards don't match. This is not my fault and I refused to do anything via the phone and told them I prefer to go to their nearest store. I call them now,they tell me that they closing my case regarding the duplicated Contract because I refuse to be helped. This is pathetic of Cellc. It's going 3 months now I'm having endless problems. I'm being charged by my bank and cellc. Yet I'm making direct payment for my contract. Frustrated and disappointed!

Cellc needs to train their call center staff that assist customers with new contracts. Their way of assisting me was extremely poor. It was time consuming for me and frustrating.
