Complaint logged on 16/08/2022 with e-mail with the detail when Moses at Cell C called, to date hereof still no feedback and a debit order WENT OFF MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT AUTHORISATION

1. FNB bank statement that shows the debit orders going off the account in the amounts of:
1.1 R1798.00 and the reference on the statement is Cell C 0009550773 IO297226.
1.2 R3295.96 and the reference on the statement is Cell C 0009660953 IO863141.

2. Cell C Statement:
2.1 Account Number: 140497039 with statement date 03/08/2022. Only the fibre line and 084 380 2230 shows on this statement.
2.2 Account Number: 334249210 with statement date 03/08/2022. This refers to a fibre line, why 3 fibre lines?

3. Please confirm why we are not receiving statements for the numbers 071 399 3276 and 082 451 5617?

4. It was confirmed that 084 380 2230 is now on prepaid.

5. It was further confirmed that you cannot assist me with the Fibre line. Please take note of the cancellation sent to Cell C, copy of e-mail enclosed. To date hereof no confirmation from Cell C has been received.

6. Due to the lack of assistance or support from Cell C telephonically or at the branch, we had to buy 2 new cellphones with Vodacom prepaid cards due to the services being suspended on 071 399 3276 and 082 451 5617.

7. Please check the e-mail correspondence and telephone calls that you record in trying to change the banking details and due to this, the debit orders failed. This is once again due to the lack of support/assistance from Cell C.

8. What we want the outcome to be is to cancel all the Cell C contracts without any additional charges to me.
