CellC - No router received with mecer laptop

I upgraded to a Mecer laptop in June 2022. When I received the laptop on 08/06/2022 I did not receive a LTE Router. I have been backwards and forward with Cell C and it is now 18/08/2022 and I still have not received it.

I am a single mom, I got the laptop in order to do extra after hour work. So far I have lost out on 2000$ R36000!!!!

I have been treated like a criminal and not been taken serious at all. Please help as I am now done with cell c!
