SENT SEVERAL E-MAILS FOR THEM TO CONTACT ME. TO NO AVAIL. HAVE ALL THE REFERENCE NUMBERS...............TRIED CALLING AND SENT FROM ONE DEPT TO THE NEXT. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO RESOLVE A QUERY IF EVEN "CUSTOMER NOT SO CARING" DOES NOT RESPOND AT ALL. HOW PATHETIC!!!
