I had a problem with my Cell router for which I insured it. In May it had problems where it was no longer working then I took to carnival store. They said they'll inform me.
The insurance needed a reason why there was a delay in I wrote n submit. Whatever they needed I was submiting up until last months when they said everything is fine I must pay access fee for which I did and emailed the proof. My problem this matter is from May 2023 up until today. I am paying every month for service which m not getting. Please I need help.
