Cell C fraudulent opened a contract account with my details. I only realised through a debit order. When contacted them, they said I need to submit an Affidavit and ID so they can lodge a complaint. I submit on the 3rd of March 2023. Nevertheless, nothing has been done and now they have handed the account to their debts collectors. Please assist ?

I don't know what did the brand do to assist me, as there were no feedbacks that were communicated to me.
