CellC - False advertising

Dear Cell C

Please stop false advertising.

You advertise a Huawei Mate XS 2 for R599 per month x 36 on your website and in your brochure but I called every single store in Cape Town and Durban and none of them have that phone and if you try the 'Call me back' option from your website the consultant calls and says that Cell C does not have that contract and obviously try to sell you another contract.

Any of the stores that tries to order the phone from your warehouse are told that they don’t have the phone and that it is discontinued.

I do not believe it to be a ‘While stock lasts’ scenario because the advertised special is from the 17 October 2023 until the 30 November 2023 and I have been trying since day 1.

I’m very disappointed.
