CellC - Contract cancellation

I have 2 contract and I want to cancel the one with no 0847974292 and I cannot be assisted with customer care, I have been calling since the past six month and they tell me that their system says Iam providing wrong information and I gave them my id number and names as they appear in their statement, but unsuccessfully so .Iam frustrated because the sim card in question is lost long time.
