Complaint - refund
Good day,
On the 26 September 2022 I overpaid on my final payment. Since then, it has been a frustrating experience to get the refund. I have been asked for proof of account, twice by a person who's name I have. I called a week ago again to enquire and was told the refund was made on 21 November. But I will receive a call on the same day to confirm where the refund was paid to. Nothing. This morning I called again, and to my dismay was told the money was credited to my cell c account. An account which does not exist anymore. As was confirmed by the person I spoke to. I have not experienced such incompetence by a bunch of customer service agents. It is not even a lot of money. So please can you do the right thing.
