I am writing this letter to you to complain about receiving damaged products from your company.
On Saturday 27th November 2021 at approximately 16:55 I purchased your product through a local retailer a 24 case of castle light (tins) from Westgate mall TOPS(spa) along with other goods to the value of R979.00.
Upon unpacking the 24 castle lite tins that I bought I found that one of this tins were sealed but had no beer inside them, only drops of beer, I then decided not to unpack the other 3 6 packs incase there are more half filled or empty sealed cans.
I have been a very loyal customer of your company for a number of years and this is certainly not the quality that I have come to expect from you.When ever I purchased products from your company in the past, I have received high quality merchandise that i am proud to use this time, however, I am apelled at the quality and I wonder how you could allow such a product on the shelves at all.
Under normal circumstances, I would simply return this item to the store but by the time I unpacked the beer to put in the fridge the store was closed already, and I had work the following day.
While I wish to stay loyal to your products as I have done throughout the years, you need to understand that this was/is a very bad experience and I would appreciate it if this type of defects be dealt with in a urgent manner
