Cashbuild - Loan payed into cashbuild account on hold

funds payed into Cashbuild account from a third party in my name .
now that i have to use this funds at cashbuild they requesting all types of documents which i have provided but cashbuild keeps on telling me that these documents are not accepted and my account (funds)are put on hold .
as per emails read this is an internal issue of the store not opening the account in the correct name or way but the customer has to suffer .one week of funds payed into cashbuild account but cannot be used !
