I had made an appointment with cartrack to fix / replace the tracking unit. Appointment confirmed for Saturday 20 July 2024 at 08:00. NO technician pitch at 08:00. I phone to ask when can I expect the technician when I was informed there is no appointment at 08:00 it was rescheduled to 17:00 on 18 July 2024, did no-one phone me was the question. No concern as to ensuring customers are attended to professionally. If they service a customer or not so be it - seems to be the attitude displayed. SHOCKING SHOCKING to say the least. Can't wait for my contract to end.
