In the month of Juky 2024, I applied to migrate from month to month to a contract. Everything was completed we are just left with installation. I was told by the parson who assisted me just to call in so we can do installation. On fri 29 August 2024 i called in, the person that assisted had no sense of customer service and he informed me nothing was done i explained to him what happened he even told me who helped me but his attitude was so bad i got angry and asked to speak to a manager, where he responded she is busy i must call back. Are they not suppose to call their clients back. Im upset because their service i requested was not honoured and then i get bad customer service.
