Cartrack - Cartrack unlawfully debited my account

Cartrack service is the pits.
They have unlawfully debited my acocunt. I haver also done a manual payment submitted a screenshot of the payment, not good enough, sent a pdf bank statement not good enough, what more do you want.

And I am still told, thats not proof so you UNLAWFULLY DEBIT ME, i did not approve this debit order. and it's okay that you steal money and do not refund.
