Cartrack - Absolute horrible client service

I contacted Car Track directly to inquire about a tracking system for my personal vehicle. The lady which sold me the package was very quick to process everything, but as soon as I needed assistance she was very quick to shy away.
Firstly, the technician was told to only install a camera in my vehicle, after I was billed for the ''full comprehensive'' tracking system. 3 working days later and I am still waiting for another technician to complete the installation, along with fixing the camera which worked for 1 day only.
Car Track is full of empty-promises and I truly do not believe I have any faith in Car Track to assist me if my vehicle has to be stolen. I am deeply disappointed and have been left with a sour feeling towards this company.
