I have had the same complaint for 13 months. I have made endless amounts visits to different branches (thinking it will help). I have sent endless amounts emails to a range of different email addresses.
Yet: still no answer.
The number 084 174 4211 is give as the number to escalate your complaint "to the CEO" - it has not worked and "the service is not available due to technical reasons" for an endless amount of time.
