Capitec attempted to present a debit order for Access facility premium for December, assuming that I get paid earlier. No arrangements were discussed and this was done without my approval. Needless to say, there was insufficient funds, I was 'in arrears' and was phoned everyday, for 6 working days, having to explain the situation to a new consultant each time. I had the same problem last festive season, please stop assuming that everybody gets paid earlier over December. And why doesn't it reflect on the systems, of the Collections Department, after speaking to me the first time!?
