On 25 May 2023 i made an online purchase for an amount of R199.90. The 1st transaction declined and then i had to swipe again for the 2nd time and was successful. When i look in my App both transactions were sucessful, so i called the kfc call centre for the 1 amount to be reversed till today i haven't received my money back. It's so sad that they claim that the money has been processed since last month but nothing in my acc.
