I have had many problens regarding unexplained charges on my capitec loan, but this one is about a specific email sent to their creditors customer service on 25 August 2022. Today is 5 October 2022 and they have done NOTHING. I keep calling their call centre where I must explain the same issue everytime. They keep telling me it will be escalated, but then you get no response. When you go their branches, they tell you they cant help, you need to call or email. When you call, they say they cant speak over the fone and they cant forward me to someone who will coz everything can just be done via email. So they conveniently hide behind email communication coz they fear confrontation from customers for their poor service! In the meantime they just keep deducting money from my account and wont explain to me why! I've gone to NCR to complain, surprise, their call centre number doesnt work either! I mailed them, still waiting for response. Capitec has the worse service and I deeply regret taking a loan from them. They have been a living nightmare!
