After 3 weeks still no feedback of my case no calls no email correspondence nothing what so ever. being stranded in Jo'burg not a penny in my name place to sleep my bank account frozen went to Southgate mall where I find a no good for nothing branch manager who doesn't take pride in her job just uses big fancy words not even try to understand where I'm coming from and my frustration on how do I get home to EC. Just seating in the dark not knowing if I'll ever get my money back from Capitec R130,000 to be exact spoke to legal people all saying the samething that capitec have to long time gave my money back as they no civil case here as they claim civil against who that the question maybe I guess it's because I'm not a huge depositor I don't give them big monies hence they don't find important attending to me or my case is not a matter of urgency to them since been waiting for almost a month now I hope they happy with themselves people in charge for treating us people that's no bodies bringing business to their shores being big or small it's business

Almost 3 month no feedback nor phone call from my fucken bank Capitec that's the level of service we get from our trusted financial services I have never been this disgusted in my life as I feel like an * FORBIDDEN * wipe for Capitec all I need is my money so I can part ways with them ? ?????????

It's been months with no response from Capitec that makes me feel being fucked in the * FORBIDDEN * by my bank went to the branch 21/09/2023 to be told money has been released to the fraudsters account how the * FORBIDDEN * can that happen while case is pending what about me the victim that's in the dark no communication from the bank only the investing office whose doing her job and the consultant @ capitec Mdantsane city branch told me to go to Joburg where the case was reported to follow-up if they have apprehend the culprit another dum-* FORBIDDEN * honestly this is some fucked * FORBIDDEN * service I have ever experienced FNB is way much better and efficient when it comes to client services unlike capitec some bullshit of financial institution must say

They are a disgrace to the banks institutions level of customer service stinks they don't care maybe because I'm a low earner black mail hence they never bother to call me nor refund my R130,000 after I followed all their protocol. Their fraud department never called me not even once even a day after my complaint no one called to follow up on me as one of their potential client if I am anyway.

This complaint has been considered as not resolved.
