Its been over 2 months submitting relevant documents to the bank, with no solution instead they keep on closing the incidents that I have logged, I dontunderstand the reason of them holding on to my late father's money, we have school fees to pay, debts to pay its frustrating becuase they absolutely doing nothing about it. Its been long overdue
