I made an online transaction and made a payment last month using my Capitec card. Today the same company took my card without my consent. I called capitec agent (Mathapelo) for a rerversal but what I got from her was an insult that I'm the one who gave them my details so there's nothing capitec could do. I find this not just careless but so insensitive for a bank we trust with our hard earned money. People be aware.
