Caltex - Customer service

It's almost 5 years I'm customer in caltex garage Woodstock cape town. But today's I was in there in Woodstock caltex the we're female they called Nancy she's was working as supervisors she's didn't wan't to help me at all the moment I did pulled in my car in the garage and she was standing there talking with her colleagues then she took 10 minutes for to come.after that she did asked me how much petrol ⛽️ I want then I told her 120 rand then just leave without said any words this is unsult.and I suppose to wait for someone ? else to help me and this is not the first time it's third time for that Nancy to do that in front my wife and kid my wife she's wanted to fight her then I did try to stop her......it happened today Sunday. 06.nov.2022
