On the 29/7/22 i placed an order for MELISSA BATH 1800 SKIRTED 1795X795 WHT I was told that I will receive the bath in few weeks. Weeks passed without getting a call or an email from Builders.. I then called them to be told that the bath had a crack but they will deliver in on the 25th of August... Till now i haven't received the, an explanation or a call from Builders regarding the bath... I emailed them yesterday and this morning. Im still waiting for their reason why im i not getting my bath.
I called Builders again regarding the bath that i havd fully paid on the 29/7/22.... I was told that i should call back again on Monday because the person that is responsible for my order is not at work today.... When i ask if they can check if the bath has arrived or not i was told that its not at the wearhouse yet... The person responsible for the order is Steven khumalo
