Builders Warehouse - Unacceptable service

Builders The Glen - I waited 30 minutes to return an item - only 2 other people in the queue- when I asked what the problem was they said they only had one computer that worked and the system was slow. When they finally attended to me it took literally 30 seconds - slow system ?? not a change.

Very few staff in the store to assist (was told they were having a union meeting at 10h30 - not my problem) stood in the queue to pay for over 15 minutes - they only had 2 tellers working and floor management were blind to the queue. This is the second bad experience at this store
