On Monday the 28th of March 2022 I placed an order online for x1 Brown Foldable Door, the following day a gentleman called me saying he is on his way to deliver the door and I provided him with directions. Wednesday the 30th of March 2022 I tried calling the numbers I was contacted by from the previous day, the numbers showed Builders Bedworth Park, but my call was never answered. On Thursday the 31st of March 2022 I called again and once my called went through I was told that 'I have exceeded my Credit Limit' and that my transaction was processed as an "Account" and not as a cash payment, I don't have an account with Builders Warehouse. On Friday I received a call from the Bedworth Park branch telling me the same excuse. Today being the 04/04/2022 I followed up (again), I was told that the payment I made on the 28th has not reflected on their side, I called my bank and they confirmed that the transaction was a success. What aggravates me is having to call through to the Builders Warehouse contact centre and repeat this issue over and over again to multiple consultants who can not come with a resolution. And with every phonecall I am told to hold as they escalate this matter just to have the phone hung up in my ear.
