Builders Warehouse - Requesting another geyser slip

I missed the geyser slip I bought in February 2022 then I went the store at Builders Express Noordheuwel. Shop A Valley View Retail Centre C/o Robert Broom &, Van Oordt St, Paardeplaats 177 IQ, Krugersdorp, 2000, South Africa on the 23rd December 2022 at 13:00.
I spoke to Sam the Ops Manager requesting another slip as the geyser is insured or have a guarantee for 5yrs but with no success.
I was advised to excalate the matter to the Head Office since I have the bank statement(attached) and pictures of the geyser as a proof(Also attached).
The reason to request the slip is to be on the safe side in case the geyser got broken.
